At Flower Knows, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, used or swatched cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original aesthetic packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
